First time ordering from Empress Porridge.
Fresh ingredients. Better than average taste. Nice varieties. Big portions. Some meat dishes a little bit salty. But there are less to no msg.
Arrived on reusable thermal bag so the bento are still ... More warm.
On time delivery and great service.
Customer service is helpful but no weekly bento menu provided upon request.
Price is on higher end compared to others. Though it's worth the quality and quantity.
