Service by store is great. I was running late in my collection and store called me to remind/check.
Although no instructions was given, the store provided sufficient candles and knife.

We had a group of 6 adults and 5 of us had negative ... More feedback on the texture of the cake. We all felt that the cake was dry and crumbly. Slicing through the cake was difficult and bits fell apart with each slice. It felt as though the cake is not fresh too.

While the taste is so-so, we were disappointed as we were expecting premium Belgian chocolate. However it tasted like standard chocolate.
Coupled with the poor texture, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

After this purchase, My parents suggested to me to go back to the traditional brands like jack’s place and bengawan solo.

Nonetheless, presentation was great and Baker/store made effort in the customised bday cake note as shown in photo. Thank you.
