Ice cream arrived on time. It was packed in a huge styrofoam box, with no dry ice. Cake size was decent. I ordered the belgian chocolate. Taste was not too sweet. The design is also cute! Abit disappointed that they did not specify there is ... More additional charge for delivery on X’Mas day in the first place before ordering.

Thank you for your review Tracy, We are glad you and your family enjoyed the cake.
We do not provide dry ice as the cake is delivered in a foam box.
We have indicated clearly to Foodline about the delivery charge on normal days vs PH days and i ... More believe they did not upload / input the PH days into the system so as to allow the correct delivery fee to be popped out when you choose the delivery date.
Nevertheless, you can always clarify with us via our biz whatsapp 91129136 and we are happy to clarify your queries.
