"Nice cake, logistic arrangement needs to improve"

The collection time was indicated as 12pm, and the shop whatapps me confirmation and indicated the slot for collection to be 11am - 1pm. I responded and confirmed the order. On that day, I was there 10 mins before 12pm for collection, was told the ... More items were not arrived yet and the store manager mentioned the collection time is '11am - 1pm', meaning they can take up to 1pm to send the items over?? if that's the case, the collection time should be indicated as 'after 1pm'? I was then asked to wait for their phone call once the items are ready for collection. 15 mins later i received whatapps message asking me my home address and said they'll deliver to my home instead, which i've agreed and provided the address. 5 mins after that, i received phone call from the collection store, saying my items were ready for collection.
It's ready confusing instead. After all, they did deliver everything to my place, the cake was good and the dessert cups are nice too.
