This was the second time we were ordering from this caterer. On many occasions, the delivery is tardy and inconsistent, and we even had a missed delivery once. Because of the inconsistent delivery, our food has gone bad a number of times and the ... More caterer does not do anything about it, not even apologising. Despite requesting for a weekly menu many times, and despite them saying that they will do it, Robert Catering still doesn't provide the menu of the menu, so you never know what you'll be getting until the day itself. Overall, the caterer's service definitely needs bucking up.
