On many occasions, the delivery is tardy and inconsistent. Because of the inconsistent delivery, our food has gone bad a number of times. Despite requesting for a weekly menu many times, and despite them saying that they will do it, Robert Catering ... More still doesn't provide the menu of the menu, so you never know what you'll be getting until the day itself. Overall, the caterer's service definitely needs bucking up.
